当センター代表が代表理事を務める一般社団法人食品科学技術機構は、農林水産省「令和6年度 農林水産物・食品輸出促進緊急対策事業」の一環として、「食品産業の国際競争力強化緊急対策事業(食品安全マネジメント導入推進支援)」に1月23日付けで採択されました。
本事業を通じて、食品安全マネジメントの導入を推進し、国際基準に基づいた品質管理体制の強化を図ることで、日本産食品の輸出拡大に貢献することを目的としており、当センターもこの活動に協力して参ります。
