Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before applying for training.
After applying, you will receive a confirmation of your application from the Food Safety Technology Center, which will indicate your agreement to the course terms and conditions.
Please note that any bank transfer fees will be borne by the applicant.
Registration for each training session will close once capacity is reached.

Cancellation of your application Please notify us by e-mail if you wish to cancel your application.
If you cancel after receiving confirmation of your application from the Food Safety Technology Center, you will be charged the full course fee.

・If you make a mistake in your application or transfer, we will refund the amount minus the transfer fee.

Changes to participants Please notify us of any changes to participants by email.
There will be no additional tuition fees charged due to changes in student enrollment.

Cancellation of training or change in content - Due to various conditions, scheduled training may not be held.
In this case, you will be given the choice of attending the same training session on another date or receiving a full refund of your payment.
・The training content is constantly being improved and updated. Therefore, please note that it may be subject to change without prior notice.
・Please note that the training venue may be changed without prior notice due to various circumstances.

All property rights belong exclusively to our company or to rights holders who have granted us permission to use the content.
- You may not reproduce, in whole or in part, in any form, without our prior written consent.

Furthermore, it may not be provided to, licensed for use by, or otherwise disposed of by a third party.

Compensation for Damages We shall not be liable for any special, incidental or indirect damages or lost profits incurred by the customer in connection with the training.

We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses or expenses incurred in connection with the training, regardless of the reason.

Any liability to you or any third party will be limited to the amount actually received from you by us for the training that gave rise to the liability.

The maximum amount is the amount received.
Any claims for damages or other claims against us by the customer must be made within one month from the date on which the cause of the claim arises.
