We have maintained ISO 9001 certification for over 10 years.

When we changed our standards from ISO 9001 to FSSC 22000, we undertook a major review of our management system .

We aim to build an improvement-oriented organization by implementing a management system that is integrated with our core business operations.
Although management methods and standards differ from factory to factory, we aim to align them to the most optimal level possible.

We had previously acquired and operated ISO 9001 certification, but we identified and eliminated all of the tasks that were being carried out solely for the purpose of maintaining the certification.
We also considered what is truly necessary to obtain FSSC 22000 certification and clarified what needs to be done.
We thoroughly discussed the level of management required for food safety and implemented horizontal deployment across all plants as far as possible.
When building the system, not only factory staff but also head office staff were involved, and we focused on improving connections and communication between the factory and head office.

Unnecessary work has been significantly reduced , allowing us to devote this money to the management truly necessary for food safety.
In addition, the variation in management levels between factories has been eliminated .
Head office staff's awareness of food safety has also increased, and they have begun to offer suggestions for improvements.
